who would have thought it possible!
online training now available at c-to-be
To be honest I wouldn’t have thought it is possible to switch from in-person-training to online training so quickly. The curfew forced us as management trainers and business coaches to stop giving coaching and training from one moment to the other. It was a bit of work to get familiar with all different platforms: Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, Skype for Business…
Thanks to some brave customers - @VOITH and @Telefónica - we started early with pilot projects to substitute in-person-training by online training. And… it works!!! Much better than ever expected. What surprises me most is the high quality of online training. The feedback of our participants is extremely motivating: Most of them believe, that there is not such a big difference and that it even could be an interesting alternative for the future to avoid travel expenses. Interactivity is granted by lots of practical exercises. In break-out sessions participants have the opportunity to practice in small groups. The trainer can switch from the main session to break-out rooms and visit the teams. You can share presentations to deliver content and have discussions for transfer. Energizers help to keep attention on a high level.
Are you interested? We kindly invite you to test a pilot online training with participants of your company to convince you that it’s a perfect alternative to in-person-training. Please feel free to give us a call if you like to know more.
