15 Sep. C-TO-BE Strategy Meeting 2025 at Lake Starnberg

In late summer, we treated ourselves to a special break: our team gathered at Lake Starnberg – finally in person again, not just virtually from Munich, Kassel, and Berlin.

Together, we refined our strategy for the coming year, shared ideas, and recharged our energy. Even more important, we experienced what truly makes us a team – open conversations, shared laughter, and looking ahead together. That very spirit is what carries us into the year ahead.
