Colorful Instead of Gray: A World of Diversity 


DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) Trainings involve training employees to give them a better understanding of the diversity in the workforce and the challenges and opportunities it presents. Diversity means "variety" and focuses attention on recognizing equally existing differences in terms of age, gender, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, cultural backgrounds, disabilities and other characteristics.

The goal of DEIB trainings is to increase employees' sensitivity and awareness of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in order to create a respectful and more tolerant work environment, thereby improving the company's collaboration and performance. DEIB trainings also helps to increase employee retention and satisfaction, thereby supporting the long-term performance of the company.


DEIB training programs can include, but are not limited to, training, workshops, discussions, role-playing, and mentoring programs. They can be conducted for all employees or for specific groups.

Our experienced expert for DEIB is Hans Jablonski. He is a co-founder of the Diversity Charter and has already worked successfully with a third of the DAX 30 companies. He also supports companies in planning and introducing strategic diversity management.
