  • You will understand the dynamics of change.
  • You will learn about effective tools based on the latest neuroscientific findings.
  • You will reflect on your change competence.
  • You will get to know tools from the Zurich Resource Model to increase your changeability.
  • You will develop behavioral options for dealing with uncertainties and fears.
  • You will build up a personal pool of resources.
  • You will proactively shape your own change process.
  • After the training, you will know how to integrate the new patterns of action into your everyday life.

What makes the C-TO-BE changeability training unique?
  • The participants also include unconscious parts and needs. This means that the training is close to them and their personal experience.
  • Attitude-based, rather than SMART, goals are formulated. A change in attitude helps the participants in many situations. Specific goals only help in a few selected situations. 
  • Existing resources are identified and integrated into the pre-actional preparation.
  • There is multi-coding. This means that several resources are activated and used simultaneously.
  • Through "embodiment", the goals are brought into the body and anchored with the help of so-called micro-movements. In the future, small movements can be carried out at the touch of a button, enabling people who want to change to connect with their plans anytime and anywhere.
