Trainers and training officers are responsible for organizing and implementing training programs in a company or organization. They work closely with managers, training management and trainees to ensure that training programs meet the needs of the company. Trainers provide trainees with the skills they will need to perform their jobs successfully.

Tasks of training officers  
Trainers and training officers have many responsibilities, such as:

  • Organizing training courses and seminars
