Negotiating virtually is different
Digitalization has changed our meeting culture. The way we communicate with each other and where, and therefore the way we negotiate, is taking place in the virtual space. That is no cause for concern. After all, virtual negotiations are not worse, just different. If the basic principles of digital communication are taken into account, virtual negotiation is also fun and delivers good results.

In her new book "Virtual Negotiation - An Optimal Approach to Online Negotiations" (Spring 2024), negotiation expert Jutta Portner addresses challenges and opportunities and offers selected best-practice tips on how to act professionally and relaxed.
