We are a team of experienced consultants, coaches, and trainers who have been working in the field of personnel development for many years. Our clients include large corporations, medium-sized companies, and the public sector. Our training languages are German, English, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Chinese, Indonesian, Malay and Urdu. We´re able to travel to wherever you need, or you can visit us at Lake Starnberg in selected seminar hotels. We also offer consulting, training, and coaching remotely on all common online platforms.

Jutta Portner founded C-TO-BE. THE COACHING COMPANY in 2002 with the goal of incorporating her own passion and the synergy from combining several consultants. C-TO-BE trainers bring in-depth expertise and years of experience. We offer our customers a very diverse range of coaching and training topics which react flexibly and quickly to your requests.
