Markus is an independent consultant focusing on negotiation processes, digital growth, and operational excellence. He supports executive teams in effectively shaping change – as a sparring partner or strategic catalyst.

With over 20 years of experience in technology-intensive industries such as biotechnology, chemistry, and renewable energies, he combines strategic clarity with negotiation strength and a strong implementation focus. His goal is to jointly develop robust approaches, scalable processes, and future-ready platforms with top management.  

After stations in Berlin and Munich, Markus now lives near Cologne in the former coal mine Grube Carl, where industrial heritage has been converted into a residential neighborhood.
