He is a partner and managing director of SAM HR Kompetenzcenter GmbH, where he oversees the area of Leadership, Culture, and Training. Norbert has more than 20 years of leadership and management experience in international corporations. For 10 years, Norbert served as the HR manager at Coca-Cola.
