Alexander Eichhorn

Alexander Eichhorn studied pedagogy, psychology, and cultural studies. As a member of the German national team for WuShu (Chinese martial arts), Alexander participated in numerous national and international competitions. Since 2005, Alex has worked full-time as a yoga instructor. He resides in Munich and is the author of two children's yoga books with accompanying CDs, which he narrated himself with his expressive voice. Alexander enhances C-TO-BE events with online office yoga sessions.
