Discrimination-free Recruiting

The training aims to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to actively contribute to the creation of a diverse and discrimination-free personnel. A diverse and discrimination-free personnel is not only of great importance from an ethical perspective but also represents a key resource for creative input and diverse perspectives. Through the integration of best practices and interactive exercises, employees will be empowered to fully leverage and promote diversity in the recruiting process.
Target group: The training is aimed at employees in the recruiting and human resources field as well as managers involved in the selection processes. The target audience includes both experienced recruiters and newcomers.

  • Diversity as a Strategic Advantage: Introduction to the strategic importance of diversity and its influence on innovation, corporate culture, and market competitiveness.

  • Designing Inclusive Selection Processes: Introduction of best practices and methods for integrating inclusive selection procedures that promote the diversity of applicants.
  • Developing Diversity Competencies: Training in handling diverse backgrounds and experiences to make fairer and more objective recruiting decisions.
  • Communication and Sensitization: Development of communication strategies to promote diversity awareness within the company and communicate the importance of discrimination-free recruiting.
