This seminar is about getting to know, and practicing, how to deal constructively with conflicts. From the emergence of a conflict to its perception and handling, all stages of conflict development will be considered so that you will have a profound knowledge of the dynamics of conflicts on the one hand and will also be informed about effective conflict resolution strategies on the other.
