How long does a training course last? Do you offer in-house or open seminars?
As a rule, our trainings last between one and five days, with an average of 2 days.
We offer all trainings not only as in-house seminars, but also as open trainings.
In addition, for small groups (up to 3 participants) we offer the possibility of a shorter and more cost-effective intensive training.
Online or face-to-face? Or even hybrid?
Everything is possible. Not everything always makes sense. We will discuss with you what is more suitable for your topic.
One-size-fits-all training?
No! In each case, we coordinate the content of each training measure with the individual needs of your company and your employees.

Help, video camera! – Or: Who is looking for the superstar here?
In selected training sessions, we work with video support. We record concrete situations with as much practical relevance as possible using a video camera and then analyze the protagonists' behavior on the screen. Detailed feedback supports long-term behavioral changes.
Hand-outs and seminar protocol
All participants in our training courses receive a detailed handout that summarizes everything they need to know about the topic in question and offers further reading tips. In addition, we document the points worked out in the training so that each participant receives a complete seminar protocol by e-mail afterwards, which also includes the slide sets shown and photos of the results of group work.
