Dr. Thomas Pallien

Dr. Thomas Pallien is an executive coach, intercultural trainer, and expert on collaboration between the DACH region, India, and Southeast Asia. For more than twelve years, he has supported leaders, international teams, and organizations in better understanding cultural differences and building successful international partnerships.

Having lived and worked in Germany, India, and Malaysia, Thomas combines deep regional expertise with many years of consulting experience. As a Research Fellow at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), he remains closely connected to current developments in Southeast Asia. In Germany, he teaches as a lecturer at the Technical University of Berlin.

Thomas works with companies, public institutions, and leaders who aim to shape their international cooperation in an effective and culturally sensitive way.

He lives in Berlin and serves on the board of the German-Indian Lawyers’ Association. In addition, he is a speaker at conferences and professional events related to India and Southeast Asia.
