Prevention Day for Trainees

The training period is an important stage in the transition into working life. Alongside professional and personal development, health, personal responsibility, and awareness of everyday habits are becoming increasingly important. Greater independence and new professional demands bring both opportunities and challenges.
The Prevention Day gives trainees the opportunity to explore topics such as substance use, digital media, gaming, and social media in a practical and engaging way. The aim is to help trainees recognize risks and warning signs at an early stage, reflect on their own behaviour, and develop practical strategies for a healthy and responsible everyday life.
