  • Conflict Management Fundamentals: Causes of conflict, conflict dynamics, and stages of escalation.
  • Recognizing Conflict: Warning signs, recurring patterns, and common triggers.
  • Reflecting on Your Own Conflict Patterns: Behavior, emotions, strengths, and areas for development.
  • Understanding Different Perspectives and Interests: Bringing different perceptions and needs to the surface.
  • Addressing Conflict Early: Creating clarity and tackling difficult issues constructively.
  • Communicating in Conflict Situations: Listening actively, expressing yourself clearly, and avoiding misunderstandings.

Day 2 | Resolving Conflict Constructively and Finding Lasting Solutions
  • Preparing for and conducting structured conflict conversations.
  • Handling emotions and tension with confidence.
  • Difficult Conversations: Dealing with accusations, resistance, escalation, and personal attacks.
  • Identifying underlying interests and needs and developing solutions together.
  • Reaching Agreements: Defining concrete next steps, responsibilities, and clear commitments.
  • Resolving Conflict for the Long Term: Strengthening working relationships and reducing the likelihood of future conflict.


Methods

Interactive training combining short expert inputs, practical exercises, reflection, and facilitated discussion. Participants apply what they learn to real-life conflict situations from their day-to-day work and translate the insights directly into their own practice.
