Challenge More. Disagree Better.

Healthy Conflict

In different functions and areas of expertise, people bring different perspectives, assessments, and priorities to the table. Turning these differences into better decisions and sustainable solutions requires not only collaboration, but also the confidence to voice different views and challenge the status quo.

Healthy Conflict helps leaders and teams engage with controversial issues constructively, speak up when they disagree, and use different perspectives to strengthen decisions – without turning professional disagreement into personal conflict.
Training Objectives

  • Strengthen constructive challenge as an essential part of effective collaboration.
  • Recognize and prevent groupthink and premature consensus.
  • Challenge decisions and assumptions constructively, including when working with senior leaders or strong personalities.
  • Keep professional disagreements clear, focused, and fact-based.
  • Actively draw on diverse perspectives and critical voices.
  • Foster a culture where people can say a well-reasoned “no.”
