Yanina Mokrynska is a Project Management Trainer and Change Management Expert with six years of hands-on experience in transformation and change projects across the automotive, e-commerce, pharmaceutical, IT, and public sectors. Her focus is on developing training and change concepts that enable employees to confidently navigate new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Yanina combines Change Management and Project Management through practical, engaging formats designed for executives, project teams, and employees. She places particular emphasis on audience-specific training approaches and on ensuring that change is successfully embedded into employees’ day-to-day work.

Originally from Lviv, Ukraine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Yanina is now based in Munich, Germany.
