C-TO-BE Strategy Days: Out of the Office and Into the Mountains!
At the end of September, we took our C-TO-BE Strategy Days as an opportunity to spend a special day together as a team. 

Jutta, Agnes and Nina set off for the beautiful Seebensee lake in Tyrol, Austria.
Because some of the best ideas come when you’re on the move. When everyday routines fade into the background, the view opens up and conversations naturally spark new ideas.
Bright sunshine, crystal-clear mountain air and a breathtaking alpine landscape gave us fresh energy and room to think. The mountains inspired us and reminded us of the importance of awe, humility and gratitude.
We returned with tired legs, fresh perspectives and plenty of motivation.

Our takeaway: Sometimes, all you need is a change of perspective. No flipcharts or meeting rooms required – just good conversations, movement and time to think.
