We are delighted to welcome Magdalena Sáenz to the C-TO-BE team.

After more than 25 years in international leadership roles, Magdalena supports leaders and teams in recognizing their potential and unlocking it through inclusive collaboration. She creates learning environments that foster reflection, trust, and clarity – encouraging people to grow, strengthen their impact, and work together more effectively.

Her work combines leadership experience, systemic coaching, and diversity expertise. Whether it’s inclusive and compassionate leadership, change management, conflict resolution, or bias-free recruiting, Magdalena conveys practical knowledge and strategies that strengthen teams and organizations in the long term.

Magdalena’s approach is clear: she promotes development, impact, and collaboration through reflection and targeted coaching. Her greatest motivation is the joy of guiding people in their growth and enabling sustainable change.
