We are delighted to welcome Milena Hardt to the C-TO-BE team.

Milena is a professional voice trainer, speech scientist, and rhetoric coach. As a speaker for commercials, voice-overs, commentary, audiobooks, and multimedia productions, she knows: “The voice always has an impact.” For over 15 years, she has supported executives, experts, and decision-makers in delivering their messages with clarity, presence, and impact. The voice carries thoughts and emotions alike. Anyone who wants to sound professional needs professional feedback.

This is exactly where Milena comes in: In her workshops, she makes typical speech patterns visible – those that unintentionally cause audiences to disengage – and, most importantly, shows how to change them effectively and purposefully. Her passion for voice and expression is reflected in her work, which is precise, impact-driven, and highly practical.
